How much is an eye exam?

The cost of a comprehensive eye exam for healthy individuals ages 20-64 is $145.

What if I have an emergency?

We are not an emergency clinic. We will try our best to support your ongoing eye issues, but cannot promise an appointment for the same day. If you require more urgent care, please go to the nearest ER for care.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

This would depend on if we have any available appointments for that day. Please give us a call for a guaranteed appointment.

Can you bill directly to my insurance?

We can bill directly to several insurance companies including Sunlife, Greenshield, Canada life (formerly Great West Life), Manulife as well as a few others.

For all other companies, we require our self-paying patients to pay for their services and we will issue you an invoice that patients can submit themselves for possible reimbursement if allowable by their respective insurance providers.

There may be some insurance companies we may not be able to submit claims to (e.g. Blue Cross).

I've never been to your clinic before. Can I order contact lenses from you?

Contact lenses are medical devices. If you would like to order contact lenses through us, we would need an updated contact lens prescription within the last 2 years.

If you have never worn contact lenses before, we would need you to book an appointment with one of our optometrists. There will be a fitting and training fee of $100.

Please contact us for updated contact lens pricing. Prices are subject to change.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept debit, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and cash. We can also process payments through e-transfer when necessary.
